Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Dshyne offers FREE shipping across India on orders above ₹10,000.
  • Domestic (within India): Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • International Orders from India: Shipping times vary by destination — typically 5–10 business days.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Within India: Prices are inclusive of GST, so no additional taxes are charged at delivery.

Outside India: Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees (if applicable in your country) are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These costs must be borne by the customer.

Dshyne will provide all required documentation to assist in smooth customs clearance.

Damages

Dshyne is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the courier partner directly using your tracking number, and
  2. Report the issue to us at support@dshyne.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep all original packaging and damaged items before filing a claim.
